Stratos Command provides cloud-native IT support, cybersecurity operations, Microsoft licensing, and managed technology services.
Services may include:
Remote IT engineering
Microsoft 365 licensing
Endpoint security
Help desk support
Threat monitoring
Device management
Cloud administration
Users must:
Be at least 18 years old
Have authority to bind their organization
Use services for lawful business purposes
Users are responsible for:
Maintaining credential security
Restricting unauthorized access
Providing accurate account information
Promptly reporting suspected breaches
Users may not:
Share accounts improperly
Circumvent security controls
Attempt unauthorized access
Use services maliciously
Users agree not to use services for:
Illegal activities
Malware distribution
Spam campaigns
Harassment
Intellectual property violations
Unauthorized penetration testing
Fraudulent activity
Reverse engineering protected systems
Any misuse may result in suspension or termination.
Services may be offered:

Per-user/per-seat
Subscription-based
Fees are due according to invoicing terms.
Failure to pay may result in:

All platform content, branding, documentation, workflows, and systems remain the property of Stratos Command or its licensors.
Users may not:
Reproduce proprietary systems
Resell services without authorization
Copy branding or materials
Misrepresent affiliation
Services may integrate with:
Microsoft services
Cloud infrastructure providers
Payment processors
Security vendors
Third-party services remain governed by their own terms and policies.
While we strive for high reliability, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to:
Maintenance
Security incidents
Infrastructure failures
Third-party outages
Force majeure events
Services are provided on an “as available” and “as-is” basis unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement.
We do not guarantee:
Absolute security
Error-free operation
Continuous uptime
Prevention of all cyber threats
Cybersecurity risk can be reduced but never completely eliminated.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stratos Command shall not be liable for:
Indirect damages
Lost profits
Data loss
Business interruption
Consequential damages
Liability shall not exceed amounts paid for services during the preceding billing period unless otherwise required by law.
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stratos Command against claims arising from:
User misconduct
Violation of laws
Unauthorized use
Breach of these terms
We may suspend or terminate access for:
Security risks
Nonpayment
Abuse
Violations of these terms
Users may discontinue services according to applicable subscription terms.
These terms shall be governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the company operates, unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement.
We may update these Terms periodically.
Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
